Because childhood should feel natural.
Pippo & Lila™ began with one simple commitment:
Make shoes that protect little feet without getting in the way of how they naturally grow.
I wore corrective boots as a child for flat feet, a quiet reminder of how much early footwear shapes development.
When we started researching toddler shoes, the same issues kept appearing:
- Shoes replaced constantly because they don’t last
- Toddlers slipping or tripping in stiff soles
- Daycare staff frustrated with shoes falling off
- Kids overheating or refusing to wear them
- Footwear that restricted natural movement instead of supporting it
We didn’t want to create another “mini sneaker.
We wanted to fix real frustrations with footwear designed around physiology, not fashion trends.
That’s why we’re here.
Our Mission
To give children better beginnings with footwear that:
- supports natural foot development,
- solves real parent frustrations, and
- keeps up with everyday life: home, daycare, park, travel.
We do this without shortcuts, guesswork, or copying what’s already in the market.
Everything we make must feel purposeful, considered, and genuinely helpful.
Our Values
-
🔍Transparency
Parents deserve honest information, clear materials, genuine testing, and real proof, not vague claims.
We welcome feedback because it helps us improve each generation of our products. -
🦶 Healthy Development
Every design decision follows one question:
Does this support the way children naturally move, balance, and grow?
If the answer is no, it doesn’t go into our shoes. -
🧪 Safety You Can Trust
We use materials aligned with strict international safety standards and verify them through independent accredited laboratories.
Children sweat heavily through their feet, put things in their mouths, and wear shoes for long hours. Safety is non-negotiable. -
🌿Sustainability
We choose plant-based, breathable fibres and responsible manufacturing partners.
Not because it looks good on a website, but because better materials mean better comfort, better durability, and a better planet for the generation wearing our shoes.
